Reflexology for Holistic Therapists

"This book is first class and well worth the money. It is full of self tests and far more use than the louise tucker book, which is the ITEC recommended book for the course of reflexology. I would suggest they use this book in future as the course book. This book also covers hand reflexology; really, really useful and helpful."

Anatomy and Physiology for Holistic Therapists

"A really useful book as I had previously found it difficult to find an anatomy and physiology book of exactly the right level. It is written in easily understood language with clear illustrations and diagrams. The tests and crosswords throughout the book were excellent for checking my knowledge and helping me focus on those areas requiring further study. I would highly recommend this book to anyone studying a complementary therapy."

Aromatherapy for Holistic Therapists

“I'm currently studying aromatherapy and I'm finding this book really useful! It covers all the basic aspects you need to know including the history of essential oils, health and safety, business aspects aswell as covering many essential oils and how to mix them for different ailments.
The best thing about this book is the tasks. There are spaces for you to answer questions and fill in diagrams which I find helps learn things much quicker!
Must for aromatherapy students!"

Body Massage for Holistic Therapists

“Francesca Gould writes in her own very informative style. As with many other books written by her; such as her book: Aromatherapy for Holistic Therapists; this book is again written with great expertise and sound knowledge of the subject area she is writing about. As with all her books they provide the foundation for the subject and are useful for tutors to plan lessons and also for students taking courses of beauty therapy and holistic therapies. First class instruction!"

A Practical Guide to Beauty Therapy for NVQ Level 1

“I saw this book on a stand at an exhibition in London. I was struck by its beautiful simplicity and accessible text. The chapter on the beauty industry leads my Year 10 students very nicely into the world of beauty therapy. They have commented on how much they enjoy reading it. As I see it, it's another winner for all concerned!"

Holistic Therapy: A Practical Approach

“The overall ethos of this book is excellent. The writing is lucid and easy to read; and the style is such that the reader is engaged. This is not so usual for a textbook, and this is just the strength of the author who has the ability to make a technical subject accessible."
Heather Mole, Senior External Verifier, VTCT

Massage and Aromatherapy: A Practical Approach 2nd edition

“A thorough and logically put together book on massage. The aromatherapy section provides a good, quick guide on the oils and the introduction of Easter techniques is particularly useful."
Marian Campbell, Practising Aromatherapist, GCP, BABTAC and Year Tutor at London College of Fashion
