Pat Ayling

Trainer and consultant

Pat Ayling runs a training and consultancy organisation for health, social care and childcare topics. She is an experienced trainer for first aid, food safety and health topics. She has lectured in cognitive development and has a background of many years in the health service, working in the field of neurosurgery. She has published material on infection control and resource material for Health and Social Care. She is very aware of the constant changes in the sector but is passionate that personal and individual care should always be of the highest standard.
