Health and Social Care Diploma (NVQ)The health and social care sector is a diverse and exciting one. Professionals can choose from a range of careers within various health and social care settings. This might include assisting a young adult with learning disabilities to live independently, providing nursing care to a care home resident with dementia or supporting a service user to access appropriate care in a drug misuse clinic.
Available at levels 2 and 3, the Health and Social Care Diploma complements the diversity of the sector by providing a wealth of optional units for study alongside the mandatory ones. Learners can select the most appropriate units to support their chosen career. Each unit is given a level and credit value which means that learners can gather credits as they complete each unit.
