Health and Social Care Dementia Pathway - QCF DiplomaThe increasing number of people with dementia is a well-publicised fact. It is vital that the adult social care workforce is prepared and suitably skilled to meet the diverse needs of those affected. New units and qualifications are now available to reflect current best practice in this area.
