Top tips for ‘Practically painless’ waxing

Perron Rigot ambassador and salon owner, Andy Rouillard, shares some advice for a little less ouch and a little more oooh when waxing.

1. Explain yourself if this is your client's first appointment, take time to explain the waxing procedure, demonstrate the products you will be using and answer any questions they may have before starting. Once on the couch, explain what you are doing each and every step of the way. This will go a long way towards reducing any anxiety your customer may have about their treatment and helps to build a solid, trusting relationship for the future.
